Dr. Michael Kwame Mickson has over twelve years of experience as an academic. During this time, he has served as a Coordinator of the MPhil Leadership and MBA Corporate Governance programmes. He teaches both at the graduate and the undergraduate levels. He has also supervised a significant number of dissertations from undergraduate level through to the Graduate School since his engagement with the University. His research focus is in Leadership, Human Resources and Organizational Behavior.
