The first seven ICMEH conferences, from 2016 to 2018, were foundational for launching the event in Europe and establishing cross-disciplinary momentum. Held in key cities such as Amsterdam, Batumi, Athens, Istanbul, London, and Rome, these early gatherings centered on core themes like early globalization, fundamental economic models, pre-pandemic Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and classic organization theories. This rapid growth strengthened our double-peer review process, attracted a large international pool of researchers, and established the essential organizational framework.
